91情色 Student Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions

1. By using or participating in this Student Referral Scheme, the鈥痗urrent鈥痵tudent鈥痮r alumni鈥痥nown as the 鈥榬eferrer鈥� is bound by these terms and conditions and indicates their agreement to them. By participating, the referrer agrees that all of 91情色鈥� decisions are final and binding.

2. Under the 91情色 Student Referral Policy the following people can make referrals:

• Current students鈥痺ho are studying on a鈥痯rogramme鈥痙elivered by 91情色 at the time of referral and payment processing (i.e., referral fees cannot be paid to students who have discontinued their鈥痯rogramme).
• Alumni:鈥疭tudents who鈥痟ave successfully completed a qualification with 91情色 can be an鈥痑lumni referrer.
• Who can be referred:鈥疉nyone who meets the entry requirements of a鈥痯rogramme鈥痗an be鈥痳eferred.

3. The Student Referral Scheme only applies to鈥痯rogrammes鈥痙irectly taught by 91情色 and those鈥痯rogrammes鈥痑re eligible for this offer. A full list of鈥痯rogrammes鈥痠s鈥痑vailable online at鈥�.鈥�91情色 will permit an unlimited number of referrals per referrer per academic year.

4. The new student must comply with the following conditions:

• Submit an application鈥痑nd include the full name and student ID of their referrer.
• Successfully complete initial admissions assessment.
• Enrol onto chosen鈥痯rogramme鈥痮f study.
• Have paid their fees or completed the necessary arrangements to ensure that the Student Loan Company pays the fee.

5. The referrer will only receive payment for each new student referred, provided:

• The referrer鈥� must ensure that the new student includes their full name and student ID so 91情色 can identify where the referral originated from.
• The referred 鈥痵tudent has successfully enrolled onto their鈥痯rogramme.
• The 鈥痳eferred鈥� student provides their referrer鈥檚 full name and student ID at the time of application.
• 91情色 receives the first instalment of the鈥痳eferred鈥痵tudent鈥檚 tuition fees.

Changes to the Student Referral Scheme

91情色 reserves the right to change the format of the student referral scheme, amend the terms and conditions or withdraw the scheme at any time.

Governing Law

Any disputes or claim arising out of or in connection with these conditions or their subject matter shall be governed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

Data Protection Guidelines

1. 91情色 needs to collect, store and process personal data about its staff, students, and other individuals it has dealings with, to carry out our functions and activities. 91情色 is a controller for most of the personal data it processes and is committed to full compliance with the applicable data protection legislation including The Data Protection Act 2018 and the United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

2. Due to data protection and privacy regulations, the referrer will not receive any updates on the new student鈥檚 application or tuition fee payment status, except to be notified once the tuition fee has been received and so to request the referrer鈥檚 details for payment purposes.

3. If you are involved in study arrangements with any of 91情色 Collaborative Partner Institutions, please note that all our partners are also Data controllers and are responsible for the same regulations as 91情色 and must comply with Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR. Please refer to each of our partner Institutions specifically for further information on their data protection guidelines.

Reward (Payment)

1. The referrer is entitled to a referral payment of a 拢500 voucher per new student where all terms and conditions of the student referral scheme are satisfied.听

2. The voucher will be issued approximately 4 months after course start date. Timescales vary depending on the course being studied. Pease note this is an indication and is only valid if the student loan application is approved by the course start date.

3. The 91情色 Finance鈥疍epartment will only issue the voucher to the person named as the referrer, and their details will be confirmed ahead of payment. The referrer will be notified before the voucher is issued.

4. No voucher payment will be made if any tuition fees are in arrears for either the referrer or the new student.
